Last week on The Sliver...
The episode opened with our heroes looking down at a battalion of undead and demons from atop The Devouerer. Aurum the Ancient Gold Dragon, Alexander-- Arcitect Arcanane and Second of the Voidborn, and Queen Gabriella Third of the Voidborn appeared on the feild of battle to defend Glynndarryl. Aurum strafed with dragon fire while Alexander commanded his arcane automatons. Our heroes turned the weaponry of The Devourer on Ileana and her roc who flew above the undead horde. After landing crucial hits on the winged, putrid beast Ileana let out a burst of arcance spellcraft into the night sky in a flash of crimson. Soonthereafter, explosions echoed across the feilds of Glyndarryl from atop the city.
Aurum the Gold asked our heroes to make haste to the explosions atop the seventh tier via a portal created by Alexander. Aurum and Alexander stayed behind to battle the undead alongside Sankara and Gal who remained to captain The Devourer and make use of its many arcane offensive capabilities.
Gallogk, Bjorn, Chip, Fearne, and Lucky exited the portal into The Sanctum of the Voidborn to find Gabriella, injured but very much alive-- the charred remains of her enemies scattered about. She urged the party to make their way to the Vault of Memories which was currently under siege. The heroes found and defeated one of Ileana's "Scored Abjudicators"-- a humanoid monstrosity of wax and flesh whose head remained perpetually ablaze-- along with several animated suits of armor. With Gallogk's Silence spell and teamwork, they were able to prevent The Vault of Memories from being compromised.
As our episode opens tonight... Aurum, Sankara, Gal and Alexander emerge to unite the party atop the seventh tier of Glynndarryl. Queen Gabriella joins soon after.
